I tried opening au bank digital savings account for my mother but after entering aadhar OTP it says we are not serviceable in your city whereas I had opened my account one year ago successfully..so did they stop accepting account opening outside their serviceable area?

Getting this error if no au branch Available near you. These banks call themself digital bank. Lol. Same error with kotak bank. You can only open account by using any nearest au branch pincode but don't know how to update it in future.

For me I am not getting digital account option only value, platinum & royale option which have min bal criterion, support have no clue very pathetic.

Before 1 year it was possible not sure what they changed recently...
Also what about idfc digital account? Same issue or can I open?

can anyone suggest any better account 0 balance preferably which might offer rupay platinum debit card can't open kotak 811 and discarding dbs due to bs min balance update and no offer & all.

I get this error too. 0 balance is prpbbaly not available for metro like pin codes. I asked rhe branch they said 25k minimum is only available.

At least for you it said we are not serviceable at initial stage.For me twice vkyc done with funding and then they didn't process application
