Whenever i give adhaar otp it takes me to another form where we have to give pan and name and other things are already filled but there is a salutation column also there which is blank and i am unable to select or fill it and hence unable to move forward with my application.
Any idea how do i do it without going to the branch.

You mean Salutation under Family Details?
If so, then select Ms or Mrs. and type you Mother’s first name and proceed.
It is not letting me select anything that’s the issue i am facing.
It should not have space in between.
