(SOLVED) Unable to purchase bike insurance using Amazon pay

My bike insurance expired 3 months ago and..
Today I tried to purchase bike insurance in Amazon (acko bike insurance) using my amazonpay balance.. but at the checkout the balance checkbox is greyed out and its asking me to pay entire amount using any other online method.
Did anyone tried acko from Amazon ? Is it by default disabled for this type of transaction or anything suspicious in my account ?
Also pls guide me to purchase bike insurance using Amazon pay balance.. (any insurer is ok) using any other website.

Finally its done on amazon website itself by adding sufficient balance in amazonpay wallet. I dont know why amazon has disabled partial payment mode for this service alone. Anyway thanks for all kind hearts !

Last year i bought 2 wheeler insurance in acko using Amazon Pay balance.
Expired on last may month, Still Not renewed .😑
Last year you bought from acko website or from Amazon website ?
I remember that once our insurance is expired then we have to renew it offline after verification of chassis number. If you had renewed it before due date then you could have done it online. Please check if any other online insurer doing it or that also throwing error.
You cannot renew your policy through online when it’s expired.. but its only for renewal of current policy from current insurer.. !
But you can purchase new policy in online even after 6 months.. by providing previous policy details. (But you become ineligible to claim for 30 days from the date of new insurance)
I beleive you cannot renew expired policies using insurance option on Amazon. If you are keen on acko, try purchasing through acko directly. For what it’s worth it is better if you talk to acko’s care for renewal options. And also check if they have Amazon pay option on their website.
I renewed my existing policy through amazon using apay balance about 2 months back.
Which insurer is your’s ?
You can use amazon pay balance on acko only when make the insurance from amazon app via acko. If you try to purchase directly on acko you will not be able to use amazon pay balance.
I have tried in amazon website only.. not in acko website.
After enquired with Amazon cc.. they told i need to maintain subsequent balance for paying full policy amount.. they’re not allowed for two modes of partial payment it seems !

last year i purchased access 125.. before march 2021 i need to renew insurance policy.. is that really required for scooties .. if required pls let me know which plan i shud opt from amazon
Yes required for all bikes and scooters which has 75cc and above.
5years compulsory third party insurance rule was laid already.. check whether you have already paid if any, while purchasing your scooter.
Else you need to purchase it.. !

I did partial payment from pay balance a few days ago. Not sure it might have changed starting from 2021.

Coz there is no option for choosing Zero dep in acko
