Unable to Recharge BSNL Prepaid

Call customer care from other bsnl number and inform about this issue on this number . Only they will have valid solution.

Recharge with traffic plan 106/107. Number is in grace 2 phase.

Recharge from Paytm,PhonePe,GooglePay,Amazon Pay or from any other Option but Not BSNL Selfcare App,

They say this recharge is not valid for this mobile number and My Number is Active and has Ongoing Validity of Next Year and then I recharge my plan with Pockets ICICI App and My Recharge got successful

use bsnl official app or portal

Thanks, tried that. Same error. Plan expired on 16/12, so I don’t think it’s grace 2 period

Tried all, none worked

I sed to get the same error while doing from third-party apps.
But it worked for me when I did recharge from BSNL portal. Your case seems different here. Try to post on Twitter or call CC or Visit nearest BSNL office.

Dont tweet them, they will reply in 5to 6 days
Better go to nearest bsnl csc / exchange

Use bsnl portal

In grace period you can only recharge with 49 or above Plan vouchers. Top-Up/Data packs not allowed.
