Unable to recharge JioPhone # from Amazon

Is anyone unable to recharge JioPhone # using Amazon.
Whenever I try to use Amazon/Freecharge/Paytm to recharge a number, the order is cancelled and the amount is refunded back.
The mobile sim is present in a JioPhone.
Both the customer care teams from Amazon & JIO are unable to help.
Can anyone help ?

Did you already recharge it multiple times?
Yeah..tried multiple times previously…Finally forced to recharge using the MyJio app.
It’s not working for a long time. Recharge on my jio app then pay via Amazon

Yes , Only @ at Shop and MyJioApp
Not able to recharge it from freecharge either.
Able to recharge top-up of 100 . Done multiple times
Same with my BSNL number . 74/75 recharge getting failed every time . Tried paytm , Amazon , freecharge , BSNL portal
i Called Customer care he saying :
You have to recharge jio Prime pack 99 to get Recharge
They’re always drunk. They don’t know anything, always gives silly excuses.

Same.. +1 so I recharged for 50 then did via accumulated mobile balance on Jio app
