Unable to redeem supercoins for FK GV 2500/-

I’m having more than 2500 supercoins in my account. Before reaching to 2500 level, it always showed I’m eligible for claiming reward but since the time I’ve crossed 2500 coins it says reward not applicable to you.
Can anyone please tell if same happened with them too and what’s the solution? FK giving lame excuses that offer available for selected users only.

Although there’s no such condition mentioned in my account but gathered 1000+ through purchase only.

Have you claimed it earlier? Because it can be claimed only once per account and out of 2500 at least 1000 coins should be from puchase of items in fk.

You’re not the only one in that situation here. Maybe after sale ends you’ll be able to redeem vouchers, but not sure. Now, its mostly based on luck.
