- I am unable to send sms from VI. I think its due to wrong sms service center number. I reside in UP west circle. What is the exact solution to this? (If some one is in UP West circle please let me know the service center number).
- Also how can I stop balance deduction in VI when using data so that it stops after the data exhausts and not deduct my balance. I tried calling 1925 but it was saying that all my data pack balance would also exhaust. What is the solution, if someone has been using please let me know.

Wrong SMSC was the culprit in a couple of cases.
Blocking PAYG services will not forfeit your existing data balance. Tried and tested several times over the years.

U must have validity plan 49 or more than that then only sms will go.. for 39 rs sms can’t be send

Recharge with an SMS valid plan, and restart your smartphone your issue will be resolved.
