Unable to set UPI PIN for UBI Rupay Select credit card

I opened a salary account in UBI and got the Rupay Select credit card within a week. I want to use it for UPI P2M transactions, so tried to set it up on multiple UPI apps (BHIM, FreeCharge, UBI's Vyom). I'm able to add the card to my UPI IDs, but I'm not able to set the UPI PIN for the card, so unable to do any transactions. When I try to set the PIN by entering card last 6 digits and expiry date, all apps just give a generic failed error.

Why am I facing this issue? Are Rupay Select credit cards supported for UPI?
