Unable to use ₹3000 balance in YesPay wallet

Hi,
My ₹3,000 balance in YesPay Wallet is stuck.
When i try to use the virtual debit card on Amazon/Paytm/PhonePe to add money or to make a payment,
After entering OTP, transaction gets failed.
Their email CC is very slow in response, & their last reply was to do full KYC, by opening an Savings Account.
but i don’t think any Wallet Co. can stop usee from using Wallet money.
They can just stop add money.
Moreover, YesBank doesn’t have “Zero Balance Acccount”.
How can they stop me from using my own money ?
Can i do full KYC of wallet, without opening an account ?

I noticed payzapp virtual card also stopped working. But it is more like paytm gives an error and not something form payzapp failing.
for me their virtual debit card was working fine for all platforms . I have a saving account with them
I want to know my customer id

I got original refund but not able to use it. CC saying amount is on hold and they will get back to me after 48 hours…
