Unable to use neucoins on Bigbasket app, Website or Tata Neu app

I have tried to place an order on the Bigbasket app, and website using various browsers on my Laptop while clearing those cache files but still no success.
Any solution to this error?

Half the time when I try to order something on bigbasket through the app, the server is down. They also now deliver like 2-3 hours late.
Tata Neu is no longer good in terms of service.

Faced same error in blocked tataneu account. Check if able to redeem on other sites.
