Unable to withdraw from Axis Mutual Fund

I got a call from Axis Mutual Fund that there is amount in my folio but it is not invested. I had applied for a withdrawal for my Axis Mutual Fun in July and then I changed my main bank account for my Dmat account (citi bank) got merged with Axis Bank. So that transaction never went through. Now I am unable to withdraw that amount. Can someone help? How should I get my invested money back?
