Today 11.14 am I tried to add Rs400 in Paytm wallet.
Transaction failed.
@ 11.24 I got an SMS in my mobile
Thank you for using your SBT Debit Card 521XXXYYYY for a purchase worth Rs344 on POS 11273933 at ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS L NOIDA IND txn# 51637977YYY.
I had only used OTP in Paytm app & how can money be debitted for failed transaction, That too a diff amount
Now whom should I complain to? Paytm or Bank

i have 7 rs in paytm wallet i tried to add 3 rs ti it via net banking so i can do recharge of rs 10
but wtf 3rs got deducted and also received sms regarding same from SBI
but wallet still has 7rs
what if i had added large amount 500+
whom to complain // what to do ?

@jango within 24 hour either it will be added in your paytm or else within 48 hours credited back to your bank.

The fact that transaction for 400 failed & 344 debitted, seemed like some sort of trouble.
yup why don’t you check you bank statement and paytm wallet transaction statement check the transaction ids.

It happens for failed transactions.U may get refund within 7 days.
But @paytm can credit this cash into ur wallet.Create a ticket

Since transaction failed, no transaction id seen in Paytm (only order id seen )
