You mean acc balance must not be below 5k even after getting the card or there will be some penalty? Also what about annual fee waiver if card used for more than 40 times in a year on pos/e-com transaction, any min transaction/other condition.

but Union bank RuPay-JCB Platinum debit card apply through your bank branch.

Yes ac balance can’t go below 5k. Also at the point of issue account balance should be 15k. Annual fee wil be waived If used for min 40 times. Amount of transaction not known.
