You mean acc balance must not be below 5k even after getting the card or there will be some penalty? Also what about annual fee waiver if card used for more than 40 times in a year on pos/e-com transaction, any min transaction/other condition.

you can apply Union bank RuPay-DFS Platinum debit card online.
but Union bank RuPay-JCB Platinum debit card apply through your bank branch.

You have to re-register all upi apps by selecting bank as Union Bank & also use Union bank mobile banking as your main mobile banking app(andhra & corp mobile banking apps now closed).
