I have opened new account and activated debit card on 6 may. But was never able to signup in union Bank rewards account.
Did complaint at customer support but even after 26 working days they had not resolved the issue. They just said they are re-initiating for escalation. Also, filed complaint offline in branch. Now I have closed old card and requested for a new card. Still facing that same issue.
Is there anything which I can do. Where should I complain now. Please give me suggestions, what are the alternatives I should go for.
