ipad can be used for light editing purpose on the go.. be it photo editing or video editing..
Browsing desktop webpage is nice and easy.
If you are considering for education.. office apps can be used .. notes taking is just awesome with ipad paired with pencil.

Screen size is the main reason for people opting for Tabs. I think Android Tab market is almost dead. Better opt for iPad.

Even 70k is justifiable depending on your needs smile (Ipad Pro or Tab S7+)
The Higher End samsung tab come w/ Dex support so it converts into a Laptop/Chromebook (+ Native Android Apps instead via Separate virtual machine)

Screen (10/12")..for media consumption (Netflix/PrimeVideo) but make sure the tab (Android*) has Widevine L1 support and ofcourse SplitView makes more sense w/ bigger screens
Also for Photo/Video Editing (Especially the iOS has very good apps over Android Ones)
And Stylus/Pencil..if you’re into art or a student (I would even suggest to get a active/passive stylus for your Windows laptop if it supports one..Apps like MS Whiteboard work very good w/ Styluses)

That being said…don’t get a tablet (or spend too much)..if you already have a 4K TV
Personally after upgrading my TV..i literally stopped watching stuff on phones, laptops, tablets….
Also if you have decent laptop/desktop which can run Adobe PS or Premiere/Vegas Pro and you don’t go out much..then again the use of tablet is very limited

well told

Things are changing/upgrading so fast that in a few years, there will be only one device which can be used as mobile/tab/laptop/tv, all in one
So spending too much on anything will not be a wise decision, instead buy as per need and be ready if it become obsolete in 2-3 years
We are already seeing it with mobile phones, after 1-2 years mobile looks old or Smartphone maker makes us feel that our mobile is old stuck_out_tongue by introducing new Flagship phones
