Unreliable and Unsatisfactory Services

They have unreliable customer service . When you complain about anything they try to close the ticket without responding to your issue . Looks like they just care about getting money without proper and reliable services.I am disheartened with their service and will suggest to look for other options than using their service which may upset you. Here is the concern I raised with the ticket for order id (19401195) .   1. White & Red Roses Box Arrangement was not made with fresh flowers 2. The Best Wishes Card was different than the occasion. It was requested for marriage and delivered as best wishes .   3. Fixed Time Delivery - I paid extra for fixed time delivery but the delivery after the time requested.
