Isn’t that’s what the conflict is weather there was a need or not.
Although nobody can confirm who is lying or who is not unless there is some evidence.
Police should put forward the details of the investigation probe to clear out the matter.
Also his tweet had no details as city, state nothing so why the Up specifically amethi police have to come in why did this bothered to them he could be from any state. Couldn’t find any of his reply then how they got his no.

But police reply is inhumane, they are indirectly saying its ok as he is already 88 yrs old, died not of covid but heart attack so we got nothing to do
FIR is too much, when tweet simple request. For real crimes sometimes we need to go thru court for filing FIR 
Yes, our system only shows their power on simple things. For a bigger issue they need to work their *ss off na, that’s why.

According to him people are not dying due to non availability of oxygen and covid cases are reducing drastically

Having lived in UP for many years I can tell you this, never expect anything positive from UP police irrespective of which party’s govt is there.
Friends heart attack or covid police should help everyone. Sabh sarkar galat numher dikha rhi hai. Please stay home stay safe. Situation is bad outside. Inke liye aiims se bhi cylinder a jaega hamare liye civil hospital se bhi nahi.
