There are a lot of Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card users who wish to upgrade their existing credit cards and take another ICICI Credit Card. However, the bad news is, ICICI Bank does not allow upgrading the Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card to any other card directly. It is a dead-end!
In case you have any other ICICI Credit Card, like ICICI Platinum CC, then you can call ICICI Customer Support and upgrade it over a phone call itself, but it is not possible for Amazon Pay ICICI CC.
But don’t worry! Here’s the trick to upgrade your Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card, in case you do not have any other ICICI credit card, or your Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card limit is higher, and you are wanting to upgrade from that. This is known as the popular Expression CC Trick, applicable for all ICICI Credit Cards, however, it is mostly applicable to Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card which is not directly upgradable.

no need to to upgrade. If you are a account holder just ask the customer care for another LTF card. They will offer you one based on the balance/relation. I hold a LTF rubyx along with the apay card As the apay card never works for any bank offer anywhere. If you hasve been using the card for sometime, you will automatically get sms every few days to enhance you limit. Mine was enhanced around 4 times in one go.
BY the way is there a full proof way of tallying the cashback received on the apay card? I cant seem to see it in the statement.

i called customer care more than 10 times and always they refused to take upgrade request saying amazon pay card cannot be upgraded to another card...
any suggestion ?

ok so i finally managed to get mmt card on the amazon pay card basis...
first i tried calling CC 10 times but they denied saying amazon is co-branded card and you can't upgrade it in any card...
i also showed interest in mmt card on icici website.. so i received a call from CC, first he denied but after some hours i recieved a call from his higher authority, when i told me about my issue.. he agreed and said mmt card is also co-branded card and you can get it on the basis of amazon card.. he raised the request for upgrade... and i got the card...
so.. you can get mmt card based on amazon card...
you can't get a normal icici card based on a co-branded card..
so, anyone who want to upgrade their card call CC and ask them to upgrade, if they deny say co-branded card can be issue againts amazon card.. if they still deny ask them to transfer the call to higher authorities..
they don't know that you can upgrade to mmt based on amazon (i called 10 times and they clearly denied)

Well, I followed the Expression card process. They downgraded expression card to platinum LTF card.
