Having Windows XP on one of my systems. As most of the sites are not supporting the current version of browsers, is there a way to upgrade the browsers without having to upgrade windows. I tried downloading UBUNTU. However, RUFUS was giving some issues.

Etcher requires Windows 7 at least.
Will downloading Zorin OS create a partition for me to choose from which OS I want OR will it override the Windows XP I am having on my system currently?
Please also let me know, if I download Zorin, I need to take a backup of my files?
Thanks.
Can someone throw some light on downloading windows 7 or 8 for my laptop C700. Should I download it from the links and then buy the serial number from eBay.co.uk?
Please advise.

Simplest solution would be to change the user agent of a browser based on firefox or chromium.
What’s your CPU model? How much RAM you got in the system?
Changing user agent trick does not work for many sites.
Security? Don’t think that has been his priority. He has been running XP for all these years.
Hopefully SP3, right?!
CPU Intel Pentium Dual CPU T2370 @ 1.73 GHZ, 1.5GB of RAM, Windows XP SP3
That’s a Merom processor. Even though it has those minimum instruction sets for allowing you to try to install Windows 10 x64, it will definitely start buckling under any real-life usage load. Stick to x86 version.
Does your laptop’s BIOS/UEFI support booting off USB devices?
Can anyone share Win 10 pro OEM key if having spare one?
Buy one from ebay uk for cheap
