Upgrade CC is good idea ?

1. please let me know how to get airtel cc with this upgrade.

Call CC and ask for airtel axis card on basis of you FK card. It will be received in 7 days

2. Since flpkrt cc is lft then airtel cc will also be lft ??

No. Airtel axis will be paid 590 inc. gst. you will get 500 amz voucher on first transaction

3. If upgrade happened, Will i be able to use flpkrt cc also along with airtel cc?

yes fk card will work as it is.

4. after upgrade, atleast flpkrt cc will remain lft?

If its lTF , it will remain ltf

5. Off: Can i convert flpkrt axis cc to airtel axis cc

you can close fk card and keep axis but it will be paid. so keeping both is OK

@bohemian thank you so much for clarifying. For point5 : will closing cc hurt cibil score? flkrt cc is 8 months old and I don’t want to use and maintain cc..

Also upgrade should be something like, take this cc back and give another one?

what is suggested in point 1 is : i am an existing customer so pls provide another product..

CIBIL takes hit when card is closed but nothing to worry it will recover after 4-5 month
Axis will issue Airtel card with shared limit; its not exactly like take this and give another both are different; take airtel card and then raise request to close FK axis
(since its LTF u can keep that also – think about it)
Also do not trust Airtel, they can and will devalue rewards very soon or even they can play dirty game of not giving rewards consistently, FK Axis is one of the best trusted card next to ACE

@caks2006407 i was also thinking that airtel will devalue its card soon because 25% on airtel bill is tempting. i pay airtel bills 1200 monthly and 300cb is good.. but if they devalue then again have to close and take cibil hit.. anyways thank you for responding.. have to pay pay utility bills 6k so what is the best cc, anyidea

It’s very easy, just call Axis CC tell them you want Airtel credit card with shared limit with Flipkart Axis card. Airtel card wil be chargeable.

1) You can apply online or call customer care to apply for Axis Airtel credit card.

2) No, Airtel CC won’t be LTF unless it’s being offered to you LTF.

3) Yeah but the limit will be most probably shared with your Axis Flipkart card.

4) If you received it as LTF then it’ll remain as LTF.

5) You can request the conversion but it won’t be a good idea.

I would suggest you not close the Flipkart card if you received it LTF. As you mentioned that it’s 8 months old, so you need a good history to build Cibil score. Opening and closing credit cards within a short period of time won’t help. Keep it even if you don’t use it.

DO NOT hand over your credit cards to anyone. Nobody is going to collect the old one and give you a new one. When you request a temporary block or closure of a card, the bank blocks it from its end and issues a new card if required.

Yes  till mid march they were issuing but now ace is stopped…bank is not issuing ace anymore . Only few getting option to apply through gpay … but denying over call.

1. Taking any product of airtel

2. Taking airtel cc to pay the bill of above 

3. Trusting airtel
