Hi,
I booked train Tickets via irctc website.
Payment method UPI Linked to my rupay credit card.
I had to cancel the ticket but the refund is not crediting to my card.
Has someone else faced any similar issue related to refund or can helpful me in this situation.

Refund for UPI payments is a known issue, escalate to irtc and paytm.

my two transaction from paytm upi lite failed (paytm advertisement says upi lite never fails) and now after 3 weeks complaining here and there 😂 received refund for 1 transaction yet to receive another paytm customer service sucks

@aniket.s.gupta I am having similar issue with flipkart refund to my paytm which transaction was done using rupay cc.
Did you received refund? How much time it is taking or where to complaint

It shows failed in Paytm but the amount gets credited. Check after a day or 2
