Many times we see Internet outage but telecom service outage is seen rarely.
We can use UPI services with help of *99# USSD code .
See screenshots for more details :-
When it is dialed first time :-
After this it asks you to enter Ifsc and then if UPI pin is generated just use that to validate else you can generate UPI pin also.
UPI menu :-
If you have multiple accounts then you can change default account from my profile section.
It works with all operators that support USSD (one nationalist operator doesn't)

Airtel owners have donated more than a 100 crores to a certain party in 2014. No data after that. Probably hundreds of thousands of crores more. Aditya Birla (Vi) donated 120 crores to a certain party in 2014 too. In this case all are nationalists then.

don't take it on politics bro when i wrote that i remembered that full page adv few years ago that jio did when it termed itself as an operator for people of India that will complete dreams of our PM of digital India. (idk if anyone else did that) that too with PM picture (later they apologized for the same).

I don't know of many operators around the world which have implemented USSD over IMS which is what is required to implement it over LTE with VoLTE being mandatory. Plus there has to be device level support. None of my devices (all VoLTE capable) support UTLTE (USSD over LTE).

You missed my point. It's possible to implement USSD over LTE itself without requiring fallback to 2G/3G but only a few operators world over have implemented it. It's definitely not a priority for Jio as even their Jiophone which was their smart feature phone offering for the masses is internet capable. I think it includes UPI capable apps?

never used jiophone but UPI over apps require base code of UPI (where you enter upi pin which stays same doesn't matter any app you use) which is not supported by every OS.
