UPPCL bil showing ON Hold

I had paid Rs161 in advance on my UPPCL electricity account and now its showing ON HOLD when I tried to generate my bill online using uppcl website. Does anybody knows a way out?

I didn’t paid that advance avg. bill last month.
This month I received bill based on actual reading and the previous bill was adjusted automatically so no issues with me.
