Really? I am under UPPCL Rural & it's UPPCL only. You must be around Varanasi area. Our supply zone is Agra.

From last 3 months I was unable to pay UPPCL Electricity bill via amazonpay with some errors.. Now got the fix.. It is now under PUVVNL. So change the distribution type and holaa.. Error is now fixed..

For agra its paschimanchal.. And this biller is not available on any app except its on official site
