urgent help - My ecs payments are not debited for personal loan

Hi, I have taken personal loan from paytm & had ecs enabled.

Last month back I migrated my kyc from old number to new number and ecs was not auto debited. Recovery team manually sent me a link and I paid. Theg said could be glitch with recent kyc changes.

Now, after the kyc I'm not even able to see the loan in paytm app nor I'm able to pay through any other app with the loan details they have provided.

After 20days, recovery team use to continuously call me to pay 174rs extra as intrest as I haven't  paid on Time. I told them that it's ecs enabled and they didn't auto debit not my fault but they were adamant and started using petty language and 8 calls a day. I complaint to paytm care and send all details but didnt got a proper response & paid up on 3rd day to avoid harassment.

This month too my auto debit was schedule for 5th and I login today and saw no debit has been done.

I have been trying to contact with paytm support but the automate bot response is so bad I'm not even able to make it to any agent.

Is there any idea how can this thing be fixed. I complaint on twitter on 5th but there support team just saying somebody will call and yet no response from past 2days.

How many months are left?

How many EMIs are pending?

Asking coz i faced similar thing with Indiabulls Dhani.
I tried everything.
They couldn't auto debit.
There were about 6 months left.

I finally decided to pay extra charges each month & get rid of it.

About 8months left but why should I bear additional charges when there infra is incompetent.

I'm thinking of balance transfer to any bank and get rid of paytm

J literally wasted 2 days and yet I couldn't connect to there support even via ivr. Such a pathetic experience

On what basis I can complain ? I don't have any written communication support over email's

Max. I can complaint to is consumerforum but I don't now if this falls under them

complain that Paytm not doing auto debit and charging penalty deliberately

I don't have any input here though I had Similar experience with kyc migration.

I migrated my kyc from old to new number and in transition lost tons of gold bought on paytm, few Gv and coupons

They said they are trying to recover but its almost 6months now. Every 20days they provide an automated update need few more time to check this and that. so it's a lost cause Gaveup.

Most useless support only keep asking for statement details.

Had asked 10times atleast to give a call and finally now they replied with a blatant lie we call you didn't receive.  I'm on my phone since morning no call, not even in spam checked truecaller too

You should be more worried about your credit score now. Each payment will be reported as missed payment now and your credit score will be done for.
