I confirmed my Ltf status by sending mail to this email id

I applied c2c basis  through sell person tie with bank as in your case . They told me to attach a bill on smartpay for LTF . I attached bill but did not pay any bill on smartpay i always reject their transection on smart pay. Beside this i constantly askin them on mail that does my card is Ltf or not after every 3 -4days . Many times they reply that they can tell about LTF status after 90 days . But i keep on sending mail to them.One day the before (on 40 th days of card issue)reply that my cad is LTF same is written on my 2nd month card statement . I dont know which factor make my card LTF (c2c or bill attachment (did not pay single rs) or mailing them frequently ) but fortunately my card is LTF without meeting any spent criteria or bill payment on smartpay

I mailed them. But getting call from random mobile number claiming they HDFC executive and my card ks unconditionally LTF and 2000k amazon voucher if 50k spend within 90 days of activation. And how come its random mobile number istead of customer care landline number..??

I applied HDFC Business Moneyback credit card on 26 May & after application submission, its showing application will be processed on 7 working days & Today 7 working days completed but no status & I called customer care regarding application status & He mentioned “no application found” Have HDFC Bank account & applied via Netbanking & same day HDFC did CIBIL enquiry, what should I do now?

Wait till this weekend and check again.
Seven working days are not completed yet. (considering sat and Sunday)

Bro When I check application Status ita showing nothing & executive mentioned that no application found…so don’t know what actually happened.

Just wait for 2 days and see..if still the issue persists.. then u need to write to hdfc grievance redressal
