HI,
I have mini kyc account. Today i added money in wallet with cc. Money got deducted from cc, But txn failed. I tried to call cc, but not connecting
How to contact cc? any email id?
will Money automatically credit back to my credit card?
If anyone have prev experience, please comment

If money is deducted from credit card and transaction is failed then it should be refunded to your CC in 2-3 business days. You can contact to Airtel cc for more clarification by calling on 8800688006
After how many hrs?
Min kyc acc have 10k per month limit(balance as well as total credit txns) so keep that in mind for future reference.
I am mini kyc user. Airtel payments bank trick still working? I mean loading money via cc.
@I_AM_5RAV5 I am also facing the same issue. Money deducted from credit card but not credited to airtel wallet. I was loading amazon pay via airtel mini kyc netbanking.
Did you get the refund? In how many days? You got the money in wallet or credit card transaction reversal?
Got refund after 3 working days to credit card
