I did payment of 6153 rs for sbi cc on 27 july thru phonepe upi with pnb account linked to it . It failed but amount got debited. Usually it should be refunded to source but till today its not . I have checked pnb statement its not credited.I complained to twitter handle of cheq.yet to reply. Any customer support no or grievance officer email id of cheq.

pls help to get back my money!!

@baaz4u2007 Try writing an email to their customer support to support at cheq.one.Replace at with @

I have found their customer support to be good. They reply promptly and are supportive towards the concern. Hope that works out for you too.

BTW for any UPI related queries, its best to contact the source bank for resolution. Call PNB customer care and raise a dispute for the transaction on 27-July. I am not sure of the timeline of resolution from PNB but I had faced a similar scenario (not CC payment but some other online service) while paying through UPI linked to ICICI Bank and they reversed the transaction within 3 days of my raising the dispute.

If the amount is not refunded in the bank in the specified time period, as per the law they are liable to pay you some amount from the day transaction failed.

No not recieved. Was busy with sum work. Cheq cc told to contact bank .they have given ARN no . Is it possible to trace with this no ? Or only option left is to contact bank cc .. pnb. !!

The RRN (ARN) provided by CHEQ is misleading in my case. When I gave that RRN to my source bank, they said that no refund was initiated from Cheq's end, rather the RRN is the ref number of the outgoing txn from my end, which needs to be reversed. So, there is some serious flaw with this CHEQ app. Another payment was failed too, the same day, but that got reversed in account in 2 days.
