Paytm wallet has been frozen (credit freeze). So that option is not working. He has Kotak credit card, whose pin he changed today evening. Somehow that credit card is also not working. And Kotak customer care is not picking his phone.

Try using Payzapp, use your own account, add money with credit card, transfer it to concerned person's bank account by paying 2.5% charge. If his/her card is working, create payzapp account for that person and do the same. Call the loan issuing company and ask for extension. They will freak out but nothing can be done.
