I aslo order Beam Furious Electric Scooter by lalu creations, and seller made fake delivery and after complaint amazon not refunded my amount as per their internal investigation team so plz tell me what to do to get my hard earned money back from amazon

@neerajcom2k side by side, also actually do prepare to file the police complaint and if possible.. try to do so.. as far away from Laloo Prasad Creations as possible.
You can always say that I placed the order for Kanyakumari address of my family member, but while placing the order, I or my relative was in Ladakh.

In the s-mail, you can also state that you are filing a petition before the sessions court, to instruct the police to file a complaint and convert it into a First Information Report for further investigations.
