URGENT- Need HDFC higher authority email ids for Escalation- 1 month passed & family account hasn't been made preferred

Can you guys please help me out with the email ids for escalation for HDFC Preferred A/c.
Context: I am a preferred customer & applied for my Father's HDFC account linkage to Preferred Family group banking. Filled all the forms physically & handed over to RM last month. Till date my father's account hasn't been converted to Preferred & RM is giving all kind of excuses (Technical/Backend etc.etc.)
Need to send out this escalation mail so that this is taken care on priority. Please guide me with the process guys.

preferredbanking @ hdfcbank.com They'll reply within 24 working hours.
If your father account is upgraded to preferred, will the preferred status be visible in his account aswell?
Also just to be sure, check once with customer care regarding father's acc status as shown in "their system" & don't just rely on what is shown in hdfc netbanking.
I have try sine 2 year. If RM is different that time dont't accept remove request each other
Did it get resolved? I am facing the exact same issue now
