I've been hit with an inflated postpaid bill, detailed bill only shows Others - ₹1019.52. No extra add-ons were activated, no international calls or roaming. Neither CC not Appellate is providing explanation or bill breakup.
Please DM me the Jio CEO & Corporate/BOD email IDs. Thanks!

Done that several times. Appellate team just closes my service requests after 2 days without any call back or explanation.
