Urgent ! Payzapp card blocked, how to unblock?

While trying for 70% cashback offer, transaction failed several times, now my payzapp card is blocked and not working even for recharge, how to unblock it now ? I have to place bigbasket order !!

Go to card.. You might see option to unblock it after some time. .otherwise send a mail to them they will unlock it within 24 hr.

My HDFC Payzapp card is locked. It’s been more than 20 days, the case is not yet been addressed. I tried calling them numerous times on this number 1800 102 9426 and nobody gave a damn. Further, I did send out multiple emails on this [email protected]. An automated email was generated saying the case would be taken care in 96 hours. My ticket number for the complaint is Ticket=319-220. I’m completely frustrated. Can anyone give me some suggestion? of how to see things in place ASAP.

My payzapp is blocked and I made electricity bill pay and paid bill by using code .. but I noticed my wallet is locked ..Still i will receive cashback??

Login to your Payzapp App
Tap on 3 horizontal lines from upper left corner of the app
Select PayZapp Card
Your card will appear, tap on the card once
You will notice that the card flips to reveal CVV nos
You will also find – Unlock card option
Tap on the Unlock card Text
The Unlock card Text will turn to Lock card
You will also receive a pop up message saying that your card has been unlocked

There is no such specific option in payzapp, you can check settings—manage card limits though.
