Urgent tech help need tab not working

I have hp slate 7 which have running on android os 4.4.1 have 1 gb ram
I am facing a problem it’s showing a pop up and I can’t access my tab the massage on pop up is " unfortunately,the process com.andriod.system ui has stopped."
Please solve this issue because I have only this tab so my study has been affected this what should I do ??

I am using updated play Store and I am not using unnecessary app I closed them and I using telegram and unacadmey app on it or a pdf reader app 😇
I reset the tab also this problem also come after 15-30days 😇

Remove the newly installed app then restart it. if problem still persist remove google app & wipe the cache partition in recovery mode.
I too have same tab previously used by me and now my brother is using face same kind of issue then i reset it working fine now you also can reset it also remove unnecessary applications which are pre installed such as mmt,skype, etc also update google play service
