Using credit card for Medical treatment

I am planning to get lasik surgery done in couple of weeks, the clinic has pos machine where i have swiped once for tests using hdfc card (any way to find out the merchant category)
Now when i pay aprox 50k for the surgery which card or combination of cards should i use?
I have
IndusInd aura edge (plan not yet selected)
Tata titanium
Idfc first select
One card
Apay icici
Bob

idfc card, will give 0.75% on first 20k(Rs.150) & 2.5% on next 30k(Rs.750).
