Using Jio Talktime balance

I have a Jio number whose validity expires next week and I plan to discontinue using that number thereafter. It has a ₹123 talktime balance (adding during the IUC regime for 6p/min calls) and I am finding no way to use it. Ideally, I would like to transfer the balance to my another primary Jio number. Is there a way to do that?

Maybe you can add balance via top up and then buy a voucher e.g. for 149 and then transfer it to your other number. I don’t know if 10,20 etc. recharges are still available or not.

@gischethans Use that balance for 98 plan and keep the Rs.25 in balance. If you ever change your mind in future this Rs.25 will save your number from being deactivated as per TRAI rules. Once you see Jio deducting Rs.20 for sim validity extension, recharge or leave it.

Yeah. Website always shows. The website was best when otp was not there and we used password. I used to activate plan for my family. Now added their acc to my jio number and all show on web also.
