Vaporizer/Steamer - Suggestions

Hi!

I want to buy a Vaporizer/Steamer to help with my chest congestion. Most of the products I see on Amazon or Flipkart are either non-returnable or have deceptively positive reviews, like some products have 30-50 reviews, and all reviews have 5-star ratings.

So, can you please tell me what type of vaporizer/steamer do you use and what your experience has been?

Your inputs will help me purchase a good, affordable vapouriser. I am not looking for any loot deals, just don't want to purchase a product that will catch on fire :joy::fire:

Thank you for your time and inputs.

One of the first one was bought over 20 years back.

Other one also, bought off-line.

All who used it, did so with caution and not for very long time in a given stretch.

So never had any such issue like electrical leakage or shocks.

(Personally, I would rather bathe with ice cold water, than to use those heating element rods with exposed coils. So i am mainly scared about safety).

Longevity wise, most properly made units are sturdy and survive.

I found it a bit whimsical or 'how can that alone help', but i think for two three months, my folks even used one older vapouriser for domestic helps during the post Covid19 months.

Someone had suggested them that let the staff work only after they take steam for 7-8 minutes.‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏

Cannot comment on cheap imports sold online, as never purchased or used such units.‏‏

Same here, even I don't use the heating coils. I think before I purchase from Amazon or Flipkart, I should check with the nearbuy stores.
