yesterday Rs.15 deducted from main balance in voda. got sms “thanks for activating games portal…..”

Have u tried my Vodafone app. There may be option to deactivate.

Bhai twitter pe trend karo, resolution nahin but unki image ka kachra karo, ye voda or idea har month charge cut karti hai without any reason, mujhe pata hai paise nahin milenge but main #Bhikhari_idea karke use karta huin. tumlog bhi use karo or twitter pe message karo. ye company nahin sudharne wali, every month 1000’s of people is tag ko use karenge tabhi company ko pata chalega.

How to activate 49 validity pack from main bal?

I was a victim of these vas deduction as well and their excuse was same that it was wap deduction (like we are living in 2005-2010) . I was charged continuously for 4 months at weekly rate of 21/week. Deactivated these VAS services for 3 times and at last when i called Voda CC, lost my temper. After so much shouting asked them to put my number in their VAS blacklist. Even though they denied having such list but still it was stopped after that.
Note: You can do three things bro – 1. Go legal and polite way.. send emails to different autority, tweet, register your complaint and hope it will be solved. 2. Change your provider 3. Shout at them and ask hem to put your number in VAS blacklist. They have quota for VAS activation and they does it randomly with a selected number of users per day/week/month.

My 200 rs balance deducted by 50 then 21 then 15 then 49 many times, and finally balance is zero, now i dont recharge vodafone any more, i was using 399 pack earlier but due to this behavior of vodafone, i changed my primary sim as airtel. I called customer care many times but they refused to reverse my game portal charges.
Guys stop using vodafone or stop rechrging voda for main balance.

They are not even refunding. They replied, As check we found that Rs15 was charged on 09/05/2020 from your mentioned number for GAM0 service. Your charges are genuine as per your usage, we are unable to refund the amount.

i might seem off topic, but I did the same 49 recharge hoping my validity will extend by a month however it isn’t.. which is very surprising

18 days and nearly a couple of dozen emails later Vodafone has finally refunded 49 each in 2 nos. All WAP related and stupid TRAI CMS app didn’t show any deduction. Still 2×21 in one no. towards games portal which happened earlier is pending.
WAP related deduction in a basic handset with no internet access, PAYG disabled nearly 2 years back, no data packs activated in several months!!!
Edit: Idea woke after a lengthy hiatus and deducted total of Rs 50 across 2 nos. But true to form they refused to refund.

Idea is also sending some sms with links and deducting money from balance

almost 100 rs deducted from my mobile balance i complained still money got deducted if they want to earn money they can sell their wives and earn money.
