Very bad after-sale service and selling faulty products

I had purchased Nokia C20 plus on September 2021 from Croma Andheri from Mr.Vinod (salesperson) and within one month the adapter charger is not working..Croma took my mobile as well as my charger and said i will get it back within 2hours but now they are saying I will receive my mobile after 48hours. If selling faulty items is the policy of Croma & giving bad after-sales services to the customer then I will never suggest croma to anybody
