. I had consulted customer care on the case of damage caused during transit (as the item I was about to order couldnt be exchanged or returned) and they assured help, post which I ordered the item on 31st dec 2022. Received the items, most of it came broken and in a different colour than what was ordered. I immediately sent them an email with photos of the damaged items. On 12th jan 2023, the items were received at their warehouse and they still havent processed the refund. While I contacted them numerous times, they keep creating new case ids and dont bother to close the cases. And remark about the complaint as return or exchange issue.

I will never buy from them. They have no regard for customer satisfaction.
