₹99 is the cheapest.
1900/ port AMS does go through in the ₹99 pack. The pack itself may or may not be available in all circles though.
Unlike BSNL, VI often credits seven days data validity, service validity on numbers which are without any active pack.
This gives a number a new lease of like and keeps it out if the 90 days limit for termination.
But yes, BANL does not reissued numbers in many circles, even if the number has been inactive for two three years, so that is a benefit in BSNL.
It is possible to get the same number issued to oneself, even if the prior connection was terminated due to lack of a recharge (in case of prepaid).
