is there any vi plan in which we can get unlimited calls, messages only? no data is required, can adjust with little data if price is less.
my friend has 1.5gb per day plan. his main balance is 0.10. he is not able to send porting message. is it activated only after main balance is more than rs. 10? he recharged for same plan when he had 5 days left in his earlier plan. the new plan was instantly activated no queue.

Mostly Vi allows SMS to 1900 from 100 SMS daily quota but if heis not able to send or in roaming he needs balance.

not in roaming. yaar vo order nahi paas hua tha to allow to send messages?aslo 700 ke plan me bhi message nahi to kya hi karna

Port is also a normal message so if normal messages can be sent then port message should also work no other plan is required.
What exactly happens when he sends port message also which plan is active on his no.
There are many plans which gives few gb data with unlimited calls and limited messages just check it under unlimted plans section on vi website. No outgoing message will be written next to plan if it doesn’t allow it

same result 22g. tried from some other vi sim in same plan porting message was sent but balance was deducted from main balance. the main balance was more than 50rs. it seems that in our circle main balance above 10rs. is needed to send port message.
