VI (Vodafone) postpaid cheapest plan increased from 299 to 349 to 399 !!

This is getting costlier day by day. I was on 299 per month postpaid plan . But today I saw bill of 460. And saw that they automatically changed me to 399 plan.
Is there any way to move back to 299 or a cheaper postpaid plan?

Just like Airtel Black, they too offer some commitment of rentals under 300₹ per month (plus taxes),
if you can form the CUG or relationship with at-least five other connections.
I do not know if this too is region specific though.
