Videocon D2H Adding Channel Without Consent !!!

Every 2-3 month, Videocon adds some random channels to my package and generally those are like INR 75 a month type channels. Its been going like this for years.
My dad is the subscriber and he disconnects every call from Videocon as soon as he hears the word Videocon. We have tried sending out emails, didnt help.
Does anyone else face the same issue ? Any solution ?

Im facing lot of spam calls from videocon d2h.. No use even after mailing and contacting via call. They’re calling daily from different numbers and im keep on blocking it daily 🙄😢
I think my only option left is that I need to change the Registered Mobile Number, so that I can avoid these spam calls. Try the same if you wish..
Thanks for the replies. I’ll make a move to TataSky when my current recharge expires in May (or earlier if Videocon adds some expensive channels 
). i have an old TataSly HD box lying somewhere in the house. Should work.
I recharged only for a month now. On 6 month recharges, they deducted money many times. Activated costly channels on their own last year. They were sending wrong OTP for app login so I was not logged in, not even aware of their scandal. Gave 15 days free and ate away 2 months. This has happened many times in 12-13 yrs of using it since it’s launch. So now doing per month recharge only. See -
Can’t you call cc and ask them to remove those packs and refund as you’ve not used those pack / service ?
No. They don’t accept their mistake. So they don’t refund. They say customer only asked to activate it to telemarketing team. When their telemarketing team call, their voice is garbled most of the time. So whenever I hear now Namaskar Main D2H se… I just disconnect 😀

Same here every month i have to check for package for this shit. There is three time they add some active Chanel cost me 70 to 75 rs
