What happen if you press channel number of blocked channel?
Videocon d2h intentionally blocking channels ?

From last one year I noticed Videocon d2h blocks channels we see mostly. Then we have to call them and they immediately assign engineers visit (chargeable) then engineer come and calls to someone and channels starts!!
One of my friend also told same.
Does anyone else also facing same problem?

May be anteena direction changed or wire connectors or LNB damaged.
Check full connection once.

They do nothing just a call. If antenna or setup issuse how other channels coming

Because I used d2h 5 years.
So may be either your hardware problem or box software problem.
You can purchase new connection of other company with negligible cost..
Tata play and airtel are best currently.
Sun direct is best for customer with minimum channel requirement and very cheap prices.
