Just tried and got 3% instant bounties on ANQ.
ANQ is running an offer where you get 3% bounties for bill payment but this worked well on credit card bill payment using Snapay.
You should have and Snapay account
Add 2000 (or lower amount of your choice) to Anq wallet.
Go to Snapay click credit card - now. + To add your credit card you want to pay bill for, if not added already, click on card pay now button enter amount, click pay - chose debit card - in debit card details enter Anq card details and pay, no extra charges as Snapay treat Anq card as debit card. This spend treated bill payment by Anq and you got bounties.
Note - this is not an advice to use trick, risk is yours.

Yes it takes a day or two to settle but no charges at least
Yes seems Anq removed offer, it does not appear on home page now.
there was 20% bounties offer on 19th nov, i did 2k recharge from phonepe and received 2.4mg gold bounties (~20₹) 
what a waste and rubbish app....
ps - i gave 36-37₹ charges to phonepe just to use this shit card

Credit card payment settlement time. Because snapay sometimes takes time to settle it. It will be instant or not.
