Vision star seller in flipkart

Worst seller.i received a real me 10pro plus hanging problem and not a battery backup 

My return request rejected why are rejected my return request Order ID - OD327246176963144100

Poor Seller. Don't buy Thomson TV from such a non responsive seller like Vision Star. The TV is good but not the seller.

I ordered Thomson 55" inch TV on 03-May-23 and the product was in Open Box Delivery. On 10th May 2023, the delivery person opened the box infront of us and he saw the completely broken TV panel. So, he took it back immediately before I shared the OTP and the first replacement was delivered on 12th May 2023.

This time, there was no visible damage outside the TV Panel. But when the installation person came on the same day after 4 hours of delivery, he noticed that the TV Screen Panel was coming out without a proper fix. So, the installation person initiated the return and the Replacement was approved by Flipkart on the same day, 12th May 2023.

From 12th May 2023, Flipkart has been asking for 48 hours to resolve this issue. Today, it's 24th May 2023 and they have asked for another 48 hours. The Seller is not replacing it though it is approved on 12th May and Flipkart couldn't do anything so far. Poor Customer Support by Flipkart in dragging this issue beyond 2 weeks now with a replacement.

Avoid this seller and take the TV from a different Seller.
