Hi guys,

My Annual recharge for primary number of Vodafone (Vi) is just exhausted. Should I continue and go ahead with yearly recharge or port to Jio?

Will Vodafone sustain for next 1 year?

It's stock is at 52 week low...

Note: Already having Airtel in secondary sim.

Logically voda would go bankrupt before covid but then covid happened and somehow it's surviving, currently they can't even pay tower fees to indus tower, indus threatening to cut access to vi for some months now, but not cutting it so again it surviving somehow joy

If Indus doesnt receive its money from Vi then it would go Bankrupt first and then Vi will😄

Jio or Airtel would probably strike a deal with Vi and buy all the customers and provide them free connection for a year or till Vi plan ends. They will gain new users this way so it’s profit for them anyways.

Using VI as a primary sim not at all a good idea because of its current financial condition port ur number to jio or airtel use VI as only as a secondary sim otherwise one day it will get bankrupted and you'll lose signal like Aircel it wiil be very hard to port

Govt already has a major stake in Vi. So most probably, both Vi and BSNL would be given in a bundle deal to a new player.

Just hope it sustains. The way Airtel is hiking rates, can't even imagine what will happen if Vi goes out of business. Also network varies by area. Even though not doing good financially, the network of Vi is one of the best in my area both in terms of coverage as well as speed

Vi will in all likelihood take little time to ape Airtel thereby digging it's grave a little deeper yet again.
