In my case Vi blocked PORT SMS during the freebie period months ago. Minimum recharge to send PORT SMS is Rs 99.

I have got free 7 days pack from vodafone expiring tonight, and both incoming and outgoing calls are working. I recharged 10 rs main balance but still am unable to send Outgoing sms.
Whats the minimum amount by which I can send port sms ?
